Frontpage won't start, error "cannot load fpsrvutl.dll"

When I try to start frontpage I get this error: "Cannot load fpsrvutl.dll"
and frontpage will not start. This problem seems to have started when my
Norton Internet Security 2006 crashed. I have since deleted the Norton but I
am still getting this error.

Thanks for answering so quickly Steve, I do not have a repair for frontpage
in the add/remove page, I did a repair for MS Office, which is where I think
FP is located but it didn't help.

I managed to fix it, I did a system restore back to a time when both Norton
and FP were working correctly. I then deleted Norton and installed my new
security. Norton seems to be the root of all evil, it's caused me many
problems in the past.
