FrontPage 2003 Load Error

I've tried almost everything to get FP to install. Each
time I get the same error message graphic. It says, in
part, Load Failed cannot find entry
point "QueryNewMode... fpsrvutl.dll." Can anyone point me
to a solution? TIA

At what point in the installation process are you getting the error message

Yes - WinXP with Intel 2ghz P4 and 512mb dram

At what point in the installation process are you getting
the error message
I get the error after FrontPage installs amd I try to
launch the app for the first time.
