frontpage shows up differently between netscape and explorer

hi there,

anybody have any ideas why my webpages created by frontpage 2003 shows up
differently between netscape 7.2 and internet explorer. specifically i'm
using a dynamic web template but the left area (green background, uneditable
area) doesn't line up at the bottom with the white body (editable area) in
netscape only? things seem to be okay with internet explorer. it's really
obvious on this page: http://www.skaiphoto.com/about.htm

plus i also get a red line in the top right but only in netscape.

shows up differently because different browsers interpret html code in
different ways; some browsers support certain things frontpage does, others
don't.
