Viewing in Netscape & cant get theme background to show up

I am having two problems. I am making a simple webpage for school and I can't fingure it out. I can not get my webpage title to view in Netscape. I used wordart and inserted it into my page. I didn't save it seperatly. It views in Internet Explorer but not in Netscape. My second problem is I am setting different themes to change my background but when I FTP it to my site it is just white. For example, I set it to a bunch of different colors but I can't get it to view. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreaciated

1. NS browser do not support VML Graphics (WordArt)

2. You must also upload all of the hidden theme folders, Tools | Web
Settings | Advanced | Enable viewing of hidden folders.
