Ok, I went into FP and tried to create a new website and it told me:
"Could not find a web server at 'ww.railandtrack.com' on port 80. Please
check to make sure that the web server name is valid and your proxy settings
are et correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct, the Web server
may be temporarily out of service.'

I have no idea what I did, but when I created a new web site the way you
said, copied the page I had already designed and saves it then published it
using the method that supports FP extensions and Share point whatever it
worked!!!!!!

YEAH FOR ME!!!!!!

Maybe the FTP Server doesn't work with Frontpage or you may need to change
your publishing settings.
