FrontPage page update

I am having the following issue:

Windows 2003 server, IIS6 with frontpage ext.

I have a site that was created to use frontpage, it seems to update
correctly when I use FP2000, but when I try using FP2003 I can update
sometime correctly. Meaning I make a modification to a page and upload to
the website, the change is seen immediately. Then after a while the change
is made but the old page shows up. Is there a place where FP caches pages?

FP doesn't cache pages (IE and your TIF files do)
- it can maintain an older versions in the FP TIF files (see below)

FP does cache page configuration info
(which is not updated if you do anything to the pages outside of FP)
Try clearing your web cache files (see below)

Note:
It is not a good idea to be working in the same site in 2 versions of FP, as the metadata may be become corrupt

Clean-ups
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
for FP 2002 and older
- in FP 2003 you need to look in the super hidden folder
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir
Also clear your IE TIF usually in
%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
(if you have moved your TIF in IE you will need to browse to your location of the IE TIF for all of the above)
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files for FP 2000 - 2003 versions
Usually in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache

Well, if I go to the server itself and restart the site everything is ok. I
can browse no problem. Then a change is made on the page and again I can not
see it. This happens on my pc, work pc and a friends pc I am using. Then I
restart the site again and all is well. I know I am missing something here.

Your web host or ISP may be caching pages.

Look under IIS, but your ISP may also be caching pages.
