FrontPage ownership

I had Frontpage 2002 on my computer and I just erased it and installed a
full version of Frontpage 2003.

I wanted to give my old copy of Frontpage 2002 to my daughter, but she can't
get it up and running on her computer because she can't get it registered.

How can I get my name removed as the registered owner and have her name
added to the list?

Was the FrontPage a stand-alone retail version or was it
part of an OFFICE package or was it OEM installed by the
computer mfg'r?
