FrontPage Message:Add page to navigation view But it is there?

I get this message in FrontPage
Add this page to the navigation view to display hyperlinks here
However this page is already in the nav view. In fact when I click on the
page in the navigation view it opens the right page.
Do I have to refresh the navigation view somehow or what?

It may be in Nav View but is it at the level that nav bar is set to display

It is definitely there because when I publish it I see the nav links
correctly. Its just that I cannot see them in FrontPage which is irritating
as you have to publish to see the results instead of seeing them before you
publish.
