frontpage HELP!

Hello. I recently built an entire website using Frontpage 2003. I used a
frames template (content one) where the left frame is used as a navigation
bar and the main contents are in the larger screen. I uploaded this to the
internet but each time I click on a link, the entire page including a new
navigation bar opens up inside the contents box making me have two navigation
bars! :blush:( I am not familiar with frames... can anyone tell me how to stop
this from happening?? I would like to keep the Navigation bar but want only
the contents of the links to open. Thank you and God bless!
