This is similar to a problem I saw someone else had, but there was no real
resolution to it...

I uploaded our new webpage today and everything looks fine until you click
on a link in the navigation bar (the page is in frames) The link opens in the
correct frame, but the frame with my navigation buttons goes blank, what am I
missing??

the page is http://ecframery.com

Thank you in advance!!

The navigation fails completely in FireFox. VML graphics - text boxes,
ShapeArt, WordArt etc. should be avoided in Web sites, and NEVER used
where navigation links are involved. VML only works in Internet
Explorer running on Windows, other browsers see poor quality images of
the VML or nothing at all - and an image of a link is as useful as a
photograph of a shilling (Off topic - see
http://goonshowscripts.afraid.org/raw/series06/s06e10.txt and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Goon_Show )

There is too much VML code in the navigation page to see what is going
on, but I suggest you use conventional images for your links. Looking
at the other pages, I wonder why you are using frames at all - they are
a nuisance for your users and customers since book marking pages is not
possible - a page loaded from a search engine or bookmark will load
without the frameset and navigation.

It's in frames because that's how my boss likes it :S I'll have to change
those graphics tomorrow...thanks!

So, maybe the webmaster should enlighten the boss as to the problems of
using Frames and VML graphics...especially when they are not needed?
If he/she knew the many problems maybe he'd/she'd change their mind.

BTW...your navs are now doubled up and are referencing files on your local
hardrive...are you working with your website opened?
