I am attempting to use FP2000 to produce output in email messages with
no formatting at all.

The TEXT/SSV is closest - text with space separated values.
Unfortuantley, I get quotes around all of my text, and that is
something the message handler getting the emails doesn't like.....

Does anyone know of a way to use some kind of alternate formatting, or
remove the quotation marks, or any other workable solutions? I have
spend a great deal of time searching for solutions, but am not getting
too far.

The server has working frontpage 2002 extensions (unix platform) and
I;m using FP2000. Other than my need for unusual forms, all is well
with the setup on config.

The std FP forms handler will not let you customize outputs
You will need an ASP or PHP or CGI forms handler
