1. Verify, or have your host verify that FrontPage
extensions are installed and working on the server.

2. If they are, make sure you publish using http://yourdomain.com or dot net
whichever is appropriate. Do not publish using ftp:// as it will
break / corrupt the extensions every time.

The server your web site is on must have the FrontPage Server Extensions
installed and must be configured for email transport. Contact your ISP to
have them configure the server extensions.

This is normally an indication that the server extensions are not installed

Server: Microsoft-IIS/5.0

Have your host check the extensions.

Also <imho> these:

ISP is wrong. If they're installed, they're not enabled for your account.
You can check for yourself:

How to check and see if FP Server Extensions are installed on the host
server:
http://www.dnswiz.com/fptype.htm

or, type in your website root URL with /_vti_inf.html ex:
http://www.mysitename.com/_vti_inf.html and you will see whether your site
has them installed and enabled.

Yes, if you have set your browser to prompt to allow cookies. Problem is
that is how WebTrends works, so it the host has it installed, your site will
always use cookies.
