FrontPage Save Results Component

I'e read some of the other postings on here to try to figure this one out,
and most of the advice indicates that this message should go away when the
site is published using FP. I've published my site, and it has 3 forms
(registration, feedback, and order form. Only one of these forms appears
without the [FrontPage Save Results Component] message on it. How do I get
this off of the pages?

Open the forms on the live/remote site in FP and make a change, then save and see if the note goes
away.
