Frontpage Save Results Component

Please help!! I'm going on a week with the same problem.

I'm publishing with FP2002 and when I access my form at
http:www.homefindinginfo.com/value_analysis_test.htm I
get the message [Frontpage Save Results Component] at the
top of the form.

I'm publishing to godaddy.com and they are saying that
FP Extensions are already installed and the problem must
be on my end. I'm not convinced, but they don't want to
help.

HELP PLEASE!

Couple things,
Make sure that you are publishing through http and not using FTP. If you use
FTP then extensions don't work and you can actually completely break the
extensions. Must publish using http.

Second, if you are trying to save the form to email you need to make sure
that your host has setup your SMTP settings in the extensions. This part
isn't required to setup the extensions so sometimes admins miss this. If the
SMTP information isn't set and you've got a form that will send email, the
frontpage server component will be displayed on the screen.

Hope this helps,

http://www.homefindinginfo.com/_vti_inf.html shows the FP 2002 SE are installed
So it's either broken FP SE or No email transport set up
