Frontpage desperation regarding proper set up

This may be a silly question but....I am wondering if someone can call me or
I call you to help guide me through the steps of making sure I am setting up
my files correctly to build my website and publish it.

The more I read in Frontpage help the more I become confused. I am using
Frontpage 2000. I have started working on my site using a downloaded
template but I'm most sure I did not set it up correctly in Frontpage. All I
need is help making sure everything is in the correct folders and set up
correctly.

If no one can help me over the phone, is there a site that I can get online
help, communicate with someone while I am in Frontpage to guide me?

I posted a similar subject under the title "Template help using Frontpage" on
12-28 and my last post under that title I asked specific questions and no one
responded. I am basically asking for help again but if I could find someone
to go step by step with me just to set it up would be much more helpful.

Anyway, is it possible that I can start making my pages, link them, and then
worry about making sure everything goes to the right place for publishing?
The pages I am working on - index.html and the rest are all in the same
folder and are all being saved .html. It would probably help to read my last
post in "Template help using Frontpage" that is where I am right now in my
Frontpage venture.

Yep.
Posted additional response in that thread.
