FrontPage Deleting Directories

I do my development/changes locally -- that is, on my machine -- then
publish to the server.

My web host has just made a major conversion to new servers and
systems. This has created the following problem.

I have a main web and four of what FrontPage calls subwebs. Since the
conversion when I publish the main web it deletes all of the
subdirectories in the subwebs. It does not delete the subweb
directories themselves, but all the subdirectories within them.

Because of the conversion they're up to their ass in alligators and
it's hard to get their attention. Anyone know a fix for this?

Dispatch pythons, piranhas, cobras, bull sharks, and
elephants (in that order) until you gain their attention.

Alternatively, direclty open the copy of your root web on
the new server and make sure your subwebs appear as
subwebs and not as ordinary folders. If, as I susect,
they appear as ordinary folders, right-click each one and
choose Convert to Web.

Then, close the hosted site, open your local root web,
and publish again, taking care to select the Include
Subwebs option.
