reinstalling fp extensions

Our web host recently moved our website from one server to another.
Everything was fine except that then the administrators of subwebs could no
longer publish.
When I informed them of that, they reinstalled frontpage extensions. Now not
only can't subweb administrators publish but I can't publish to the main
site, I cannot open it online, and forms and search component do not work.

No FP extensions there...doesn't look like they installed them.
