Frontpage applet problem in IE6

Help please.
I have a site that uses Frontpage 2002 Sp3 hover buttons for navigation.
All test OK using the "view in browser" function fro Frontpage.
When I try to use via the internet the buttons do not work although it shows
the hyperlin is correct. This appears to have been since I installed XP
Prof SP2.
