Hi - I have frontpage navigational buttons on my website. On some computers,
the buttons just look like little x's and don't work at all. WHat's up with
this, and how do I correct it? I was using frontpage 2002. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

You are using Hover buttons, which do not work on many (most?)
installations of Windows XP or IE6. Best advice is to remove them and
use some other technology, such as JavaScript image rollovers, or CSS
buttons.

THanks so much for your reply. How do I go about using the other technology
you mention -- is this something already in Frontpage? Sorry, I am pretty
much a complete dummy about all this...

In FrontPage 2003 use Interactive Buttons - but these will not work
with shared borders, redesign your site to use a Dynamic web Template
instead of shared borders.

In all versions of FrontPage you could use a theme and FrontPage
navigation components, which will produce rollover buttons for you.

Finally, search for "JavaScript rollover buttons" (including the
quotes - produces over 3000 hits on MSN search.)
