frontpage and excel...xml doc

i have an excel workbook-xml doc i need to embed into frontpage is that possible and how do i link the 2 together so they stay up to date... im using office 2003...

Do you mean an Excel workbook exported as XML? Why would you want to embed
this in a web page? You can do it but I cannot imagine why.
 
the webpage will be on my outlook today... any suggestions plz let me know...

Sorry but I still do not know what you are trying to do. But in any case if
you want a spreadsheet to display in Outlook Today then XML is not the way
to do it.
