XML link in web page

Excel and Front Page 2003.

I have an Excel sheet that exports data to an XML file. The XML is then
loaded into a web page. When the Excel file is updated, and the cells
exported to the XML file, the changes do not appear in the web copy.

Is there and auto update to the XLM link in the web page?

If the updated XML file is uploaded to your site on the server
- refresh your cache to see the latest version in your browser

The problem seem to be in FrontPage 2003 ... I built another web site using
Expression Web 2 and the XML tools were more complete ... with that site, I
did not need to refresh the cache.
I make changes to the Excel sheet, run the XML download, and the web display
they are linked to is immediate.
Is there some other component, switch, or text command in Frontpage 2003 to
turn on this immedaite update?
