XML tutorial?

I need to include some XML news feeds on a site.
I have no idea how to do this. Im using FP2003 but on a w2k server.
Everything on FP2003/XML Ive found so far requires SharePoint services.


Can anyone point me to a tutorial on using XML in Frontpage?
Specifically adding an XML document/source to a webpage?
