Frontpage 98 Change from IP to http://website.com for uploads

Can someone tell me how to change an existing frontpage 98 web to upload
directly to the directory http://domainname.com, instead of their old method
which was just a direct IP address?

We're moving one of our clients from one webhosting company to another, and
they are the only client still running FP98. We haven't been able to walk
them through this change over the phone yet since we don't have a copy of
Frontpage 98 available to us anymore, and I can't find it in the MSDN
subscriber downloads page.

Tell them to use the File Menu | Publish Web command and enter www.domainname.com
Do not have them enter http://
