FrontPage 2003 User Guide

Guest

I have just completed seven online courses for FrontPage 2003, and have
become a Web Master for my small organization. I am excited to get started
and transform our lame web site into something we can be proud of. With all
the online learning I am afraid that I will not remember much of what I have
learned. Is there a FrontPage 2003 user guide of some other hard copy that I
can obtain, preferably free of charge, to help refresh my memory and aid me
in recalling valuable information. Thank you.

The help in FrontPage is quite comprehensive and leads you more online
articles at Microsoft.

Get yourself some FrontPage books from the library which will be free (this
is so in the UK anyway)

Join some FrontPage Forums and lists for further help and look at FrontPage
Resource links for help, advice, how to's, tips, articles and tutorials.

Here is a listing to be going on with.

Tip now out is: THUMBS.DB AND FRONTPAGE

They are primarily for FrontPage 2003 but will be good
for earlier versions too.

Tina,
Greetings to you in the U.K.

I am a first generation Aussie: my parents were Welsh and migrated to
Australia in the 1920's. (I assume you still regard Wales as part of the
U.K.)

Anyway after my retirement, I had a trip last year to UK (England and
Scotland) then to Eire, back to UK (Wales, England and Channel Islands).
Strange to visit places that you heard about but never seen.

I love your phrase "Here is a listing to be going on with."

I think going through this list could take weeks or months.

-:))

It ain't allowed to send gif's of smileys on a newgroup so the above will
have to do.

Actually, I will have to save your posting so that I have some references to
look at myself. I am using FP2003

Read: I am using FP2002

I assume that doesn't make too much difference to the references
Most sites like to just display the latest info on the latest version there
are a few sites that will retain content for older versions accessfp.net
being one of them ... in fact I've not got around to putting any fp2003
stuff I've written on the site it's still on other sites (see my sig line)
however even a lot of fp2003 stuff will still be able to be used for earlier
versions... features may just be in different places though some don't exist
in earlier versions like for example dwt (dynamic web templates). If you
want to know something specific just ask:)

Yes Wales is still part of the UK:)
