Hi
I am considering buying the full vrsion of FrontPage 2003. But there are
some specific features that i would like my website to have. Does anyone know
if it has any of the following features:
- Set up a discussion board (like this one!)?
- Restricted access? Only users with an issued user name and password
allowed to view certain pages on the website?
- Set up a blog (like an online diary)?
- Have a page connected to a webcam?

Like which one? I am reading this from Outlook Express.
If you mean like a typical Microsoft web based forum, no version of
FrontPage can do that without a lot of programming skills to help it.
FrontPage does include a limited discussion web, requires FrontPage
extensions on the server, and (repeat) is limited.
- Restricted access? Only users with an issued user name and password

All versions of FP allow this - either custom server side scripting,
with database, or with server extensions. Host must support subwebs
with unique permissions.

- Set up a blog (like an online diary)?

Either third party or custom scripting, or a WSS site. FP2003
includes a blog template for WSS (WIndows Sharepoint Services).
- Have a page connected to a webcam?

Any version allows this - there is nothing built into FP. Check
software supplied with the webcam.
