Subsite Permissions

Hello,
I'm trying to set up password permissions for a remote subsite using
FrontPage 2003 but when I select the menu items Tools > Server >
Administration Home (or Permissions) I get the following error message:

A World Wide Web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, is required
to use this feature.

I have set IE as the default browser and checked throughout FrontPage and
this discussion website for a solution but cannot find any. Please help.

If trying this in your online web in FP, check w/ your host to see if they allow unique permissions
