Frontpage 2003 Adding Music to a Picture

I wish to add music to pictures that play only when selected. I also want to
find a way that the music plays internally, without opening a bothersome
music program, such as MusicMatch, etc... Is there a plug-in to handle
playing music that appears to be in the background, when selected. Like when
you go to napster or wal-mart and click on a song. you hear it without
annoying softawre popping up. Thanks.
