Frontpage 2002 Password Problem

Running Windows XP with Frontpage 2002 I have a problem
with Frontpage remembering passwords. Whenever I open one
of my websites, Frontpage prompts me for my login ID and
password. I enter this info and check the baox to
remember my password. Once I close Frontpage and reopen
it and try to log on the the same website, my password is
no where to be found and I have to re-enter it. I have
uninstalled the program and used norton utilities to
clean the registry. Upon reinstallation, I still have the
same problem.

Try deleting and *.web files (FP web cache) and the Network Places associated w/ the site, plus turning on Automatic passwords in IE
(Tools Internet Options Content)
