I had my web host stop and restart the web server because
of a server error: virtualhosts....tmp, now I need help
with retrieving all the information that is gone from my
files and folders. When I get into my edit page I usually
receive my username and password before it lets me in. I
can get into it with out anything now and all my
information is not visible. Can you help me to get my
password block back up and retrieve all my files back?

Starting and stopping the server shouldn't have had any impacted on the content of your web site,
sound like your host has other server related issues.

Sounds like your host messed up your permissions, you're gonna have to talk to them.
