Front page applications

I am looking to start a data base for which customers will pay for me to
maintain it. They would have access for read and download only but no edit.
I would do the editing. They would need access through the web. There may
be large demand from the database at on time. Someone suggested Front Page.
Does Front Page provide the tools to build that Database or is it simply a
web tool on which I would deposiit that DB?

If your web site is running on a Windows server (with support for ASP and
Access), you could use the FrontPage Database Wizard, which would let them
