Front Page 97/98 install on Win XP

I recently upgraded to Windows XP and a new PC, I was using FP 97/98 with Win
98SE. When trying to install FP97/98 on XP it will not let me. Any
suggestions or are there any updates available to allow this.
 
Yes...use a later version of Frontpage: Frontpage 2000, Frontpage 2002

Frontpage 2003 is designed for WinXP/Win2000 only.

FP 97 may be too old to run since it requires Personal Web Server and XP
doesn't support it.

FP98 also requires PWS - same reason, it might not run on XP.

FP 2000 upwards is your best bet.
 
Do a custom install and do ***not*** install PWS.
