"From" is blank

I am using Outlook 2002 on Windows XP. Both are English version.
I always receive emails from my Korean customers with blank "From" field.
The message body is alright, only the "From" is showing blank.
However if I were to read my emails using Outlook Web Access, I am able to
see the "From" field showing up some Korean texts.
How can I overcome this problem?

Earlier versions than Outlook 2003 did not support multibyte languages
such as Korean. Most of the time this would just display as garbage or
question marks. For some reason your OL 2002 shows blanks instead - I
don't know why.

Running OL 2003 or up in Unicode mode will resolve the problem.
