Hello all, and thanks for looking.
Let me start by telling you that I work at a helpdesk where we use multiple
inboxes to manage our workload (each piece of software has its own email
address with a corresponding inbox, sent folder, and everything else that
goes along with a mailbox). We are currently running Outlook 2002 and when
we send an email from one of the inboxes (not our personal one) the “fromâ€
field is automatically populated with the email address of that inbox via a
handy macro one of out IT folks wrote.
The snag is we would like to upgrade to Outlook 2003, but we are unable to
figure out how to make Outlook 2003 perform this same functionally. Anyone
have any ideas? Thanks!
