From address

I have a user who has Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003. He would like to be
able to send to friends using one address, say Bob and then send to business
people using another address, say Robert. I know how to set up Exchange so
email sent to either address will get to him but is there a way in Outlook
that a user can change the primary email address that mail is coming from?

You can set the default here: Tools menu > Email Accounts > View/Change
existing accounts > Click Next > Highlight an account > Click Set as Default
 
Sorry I didn't explain it correctly. The user has one Exchange email
box(account). That account is the only account configured in Outlook. The
Exchange mailbox is set with the email address of bob@xxx and Robert@xxx.
Robert@xxx is generally the primary email addres. From time to time he wants
to send email that comes from bob@xxx. Is there anyway to do this other than
going into AD users & Computers and changing the primary email address from
Robert@xxx to Bob@xxx.

Hmmm, you can try using the From field to do that. Not sure though...
