Select 'from' email address using Outlook with Exchange Server

I understand that each mailbox in Exchange server can have more than one
linked SMTP address. e.g. I could have a mailbox with primary address
(e-mail address removed) and secondary addresses (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed)

With Exchange 2003/7 and Outlook 2003/7 is it possible to select which
address to use when sending the message?

In my example I would like to select sending a message from either my
(e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)

In OL2007 you can show the From field by selecting that option on the
Options tab of the ribbon in a new message

Do you then get a drop-down list showing the possible addresses, with the
primary address as default?
