Friendly mail marked as Spam

I am new to Mindows Mail/Vista. Almost all of my email is arriving in my
Inbox with [SPAM] in the subject line. What can I do about that?
Some junk mail did go right to Junk Mail, so that works fine.
Thanks for the help!

I had the same problem, and the solution was to uninstall the McAfee trial
that came with my new laptop. Note, completely un-install, not just turn it
off. McAfee and Norton do not play nice with either Windows Mail or OE. You
can substitute another good antivirus such as AVG or Avast, only remember to
do a custom install and turn off email scanning on install. That should
eliminate a host of problems, including the [spam] header on your friendly
mail. HTH

You're probably running a spam blocker, as part of your antivirus.

WinMail doesn't do that. Either you're running a third party program that
does it or your mail provider is.
