Ok all Let's see if one of you magicians (ultimate respect meant !!) can help
me with some questions...I currently have a hot rod system set up with sp1
but it has always given me trouble with sp2...I just purchased a 160 gig sata
drive and want to do a fresh install of xp sp2 ( xp cd that I have
slipstreamed sp2 onto )One of my questions is...Will I need to reinstall my
motherboard drivers after doing this ??and then what order should I do other
installs ??ie : e-mail ,antivirus ,firewall etc..After getting this running
properly I will then need to wipe my old 80 gig drive and use it for
storage...So the question here would be what should I use to wipe and
reformat ??.....I have been having a hard time finding info on all this so
all help would be appreciated...............Drew

Drew, yes you have to install the Motherboard Device Drivers. Install them
as well as your Video and Audio Card drivers.
Install your Anti Virus and Firewall and reconnect your 80G drive and
choose format by rt clicking on the drive icon
