Frequent account lockouts

We are running a mixed domain of 2000 workstations and NT
Domain Controllers.

We seem to be experiencing problems with user account
being locked out when the users have already logged in!

Can anyone help?

There's a good chance that there a scheduled tasks somewhere that are set to
run under this person's logon credentials, and those credentials have an old
password remembered. Maybe a Norton update task or something?
