SAM - 12294

I have two domain controller on Windows Server 2000 (SP4). On one domain controller I received next messages in the Event Log
Source: SA
ID: 1229
The SAM database was unable to lockout the account  due to a resource error, such as a hard disk write failure (the specific error code is in the error data) . Accounts are locked after a certain number of bad passwords are provided so please consider resetting the password of the account mentioned above

On other (master) domain controoler I have't this message
What's the problem

You must analyze the error data to receive the correct error condition. See

This data returns the following error message: STATUS_USER_APC (I found
this by using err.exe, a downloadable Error Code Look-up tool)
