event 12294

I always get this event in the system log of the domain
controller, event no# 12294 which says
"The SAM database was unable to lockout the account of ⎓
due to a resource error, such as a hard disk write
failure (the specific error code is in the error data) .
Accounts are locked after a certain number of bad
passwords are provided so please consider resetting the
password of the account mentioned above"
i don't have an account named ⎓ or | as sometimes is the
case
Can anybody explain it, and is there a page on microsoft
where i can see all events explanations.
