Event ID: 12294 and 1083

I am getting the following event log errors, begining this
morning. I also noticed that the administrator account is
locked out (but i can still log in with it) and I cannot
unlock it. These errors are showing up on both of my
servers. I found MS article Q306091, but it dosent really
lead me to a solution...at least not that i see.

The SAM database was unable to lockout the account of ວ
due to a resource error, such as a hard disk write failure
(the specific error code is in the error data) . Accounts
are locked after a certain number of bad passwords are
provided so please consider resetting the password of the
account mentioned above.

Have you tried shutting down and restarting?
