Freeze

Hello

since 2 days my pc is freezing and I can not find the reazon, running XP Pro
SP2 1 Go Ram 3 HD 80 Go.,
Antivirus and spyware up to dates
Only once the pc freeze when in use and it make a bip and 2 seconds later
back to work normal, but if I leave unattended then it freeze
I turn the monitor auto sleep off and also the screen saver

Any help please?

It sounds like hardware failure, particularly if "bip" really means "beep".
It could be overheating, bad RAM, or something else. Here are general

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts with
known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

Actually, the long "beeeeep" is good information. The beeps are audible
codes from your motherboard which are trying to tell you about hardware
failure. Beep codes are specific to different motherboards, so you can
Google "beep code + name-of-your-motherboard" or look in your manual.

I'm going to guess overheating, but you should find out for sure.
