freeware word processor needed w/ these features

Hello, I'm looking for a freeware word processor program for PC that:
-has an option to make the background black and text white (its easier
on the eyes)
-has an autosave function at user-determined intervals
-can open/save to .rtf or wordpad .doc

any ideas?

AbiWord might do the trick. I know it does the last two, and I'm pretty
sure it does the first as well.
