Freeware Tol Toggle FlashPlayer On/Off?

I'm using XP Home and IE6.
The only one I found was "Flash Switch", but I didn't like the fact that (when
using IE) it's necessary to shut-down IE6 before Flash Switch can be turned
"On".
I'd like to be able to toggle Flashplayer On/Off while IE is running; preferable
using an icon in the tool tray (is that what the section containing the clock
and volume control is called?).
I tried Googling and looking through the freeware sites I have bookmarked, but
couldn't find anything.
I'd appreciate your help.

Thanks for quick reply. It was exactly what I was looking for! And it works like
a charm!
The link is new to me. Looks like an interesting collection of utilities. I'll
take a closer look when I get some time in a day or so.
