Freeware floating program launchpad ????

Is there any freeware out there which will launch programs / files / folders
from a sizeable and moveable launchpad ?. I have a one which rolls up/down
from the windows taskbar (it's called AppBar), but it looks a bit drab !.

I just wanted something which is like a floating launchpad which i can move
to anywhere on screen (and auto hide, or open with hotkeys / and or moving
mouse to certain position on screen). Something which will be able to
support opening user definable programs / folders and files. Maybe something
which looks good and has icons and text rather than just boring text !

You like eye candy, this is for you. Choose top, bottom, left or right of
the screen. I like to Auto Hide it at the top of the screen.

Yeah, i was wondering if there were any downloadable themes for it too.
Doesn't seem to be any on their website. Still, shouldn't be too greedy,
it's a great program the way it is !!

Yeah, Popsel is very good too. I like it because it doesn't need installing.

I like RUNit --

I use it to get to programs, frequently-used folders, and to run
various batch files. It's fairly customizable and fast.
