Freedom of Information Act.

I do some voluntary driving for the NHS. I need to know if I can use the FoI to gain copies of any work logs, incident logs and paperwork or e-mails relating to my duties for the NHS.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

But yes you should be able to get them without using the FOI act.

I just wanted to make sure of my position in case the decent approach does not work. Too involved to give an explanation right now but will do so when the matter is resolved.
