Free XP themes

Does anyone know if and if, where, you can download completely free XP
themes? The sites I've found either requires payment or installation of a
separate program (which you have to pay for) to use the themes.
 
Go to Microsoft site and get cool themes there, but don't download the ones
which have pretty code that call home and infect your computer with malwares,
you know what I'm talking about, be carefull from hackers webs and bad
programmers design???.
