free utility to watch remote desktop from my pc

I am looking for free utility through which i can watch remote computer
desktop on my pc. but make sure when i access other computer that computer
should continur to work without interruption.

and i am going to access only inranet network computers only.

We have all computers running windows xp sp2.

Try one of the VNC flavours, eg. WinVNC.

You might be able to use UltraVNC. It is not a Remote Desktop tool but
its own "remote contol" system. It runs on the "active" user and does
not require the "console" (XP monitor) to be logged off.

UltraVNC also has a "view only" mode so you don't accidentally change
anything on the remote machine.

Try CrossLoop. Its based upon VNC but has a GUI.

I use iTalc for remote teaching and it has a 'ciew only' mode. it works
well on a internal network. Did you mean an Intranet? I have not tested
iTalc for an Intranet. There web site is;
