Free Space

I start out with over 2gb of free space on my C drive when I boot up.
The longer my computer is on , the less free space I have.

It will drop off to 79mb or less after a few hours, even if I am not using
it. No applications running.

What is causing this? How do I stop it from happening.

I get low disk space warnings all the time and I never use to.

When I reboot it goes back up.

I have Windows 2P Home. This was an interesting question because you seem to
know there are 79 mb free space. How do you find how much free space you
have. On my old system it came up automatically with "My Computer". Now I
can't seem to find it anywhere.

I have 1 GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive with 13.9gb on the C drive and 212gb
on the D drive. I have less free space, every time I reboot.

I ran PC House Call and it found 8 Trojans, which were deleted. I ran it
again and everything came up clean, but I still have the problem. My
firewall got turned off once but I make sure it is on all the time now. I
have run Ad-Aware and SpyBot and they have found nothing.
