Free PC phone

Hi,

Anyone know off a simple phone program? Not over ISP or internet but just to
use the PC as a speaker phone (or at least as well).

There used to be Willowphone. I believe it has been discontinued but maybe
you can find it somewhere. And I'm not sure if it works well under Windows
XP.
